I have been using a DefGrip Performance Grip on my duty pistol and competition pistol for several months now and this product is the best grip enhancement product I have ever used in over 20 years of law enforcement and competitive shooting. Alabama heat and humidity provides its own special issues that can lead to quick disappointment with a lot of other products I have tried. But DefGrip holds to your hand even better after you work up a sweat. As far as duty guns go, the huge benefit I see from DefGrip is that you get a great grip on your pistol without having a super abrasive product on your hip that is eventually going to destroy your uniform shirt.

My original DefGrip shows hardly any signs after wear after numerous range days and several matches. I’m sure I will find some other use for my old rolls of hockey tape but from now on I will be putting DefGrips on my pistols.
